崗位職責：

1. 負責公司產品光學部分的設計及優化：根據產品的功能和性能要求，進行方案設計；

2. 負責編制光路設計和開發的相關技術文檔，對設計質量負責。

3. 協同相關人員完成產品光路調試及測試，保證產品符合設計要求以及質量標準。

4. 跟蹤產品光學部分研發過程，直至量產。主動推進研發進度，積極協同相關人員解決過程中遇到的產品問題。

任職要求：

1. 本科及以上學歷， 光學、光電、光電一體化、應用物理相關專業。

2. 具有扎實的光學基礎知識和寬廣的光、機、電綜合知識面，在激光、衍射與光學成像方面基礎扎實，有光學系統設計能力。

3. 熟練使用光學測量設備儀器，熟練使用Optisworks或Tracepro等仿真軟件。

4. 有良好的團隊精神，善于溝通交流。

崗位職責：

1、編制光伏發電系統的項目建議書、方案初始設計、細化設計方案等技術文件;

2、根據方案完成光伏系統的深化設計,主要包括系統圖、設備布置圖、現場布線圖、電氣設備規格書等;

3、熟悉光伏電站系統相關專業技術，具有較強的技術決策能力；

4、負責對客戶及工程服務人員的產品知識和技術培訓工作；

5、為光伏電站項目開發人員進行項目投標工作提供技術方面的支持。

任職要求：

1、大?；蛞陨蠈W歷，建筑工程、結構力學、光伏工程、光伏設計、電氣工程、自動化控制等相關專業；

2、能夠熟練使用AutoCAD，PVsyst ，天正日照，Sketch  Up軟件（草圖大師）；

3、熟悉光伏發電工程相關規范、有光伏行業從業或者建筑設計院工作經驗者優先考慮；

4、有較強的責任心，良好團隊協作精神和溝通能力，能接受短期出差。

Key Responsibilities

1. Engages with customers to understand customer roadmap, interpret the technology needs and identify opportunities for Applied engagement. 

2. Drives the adoption of new technology at the customer site.  Manages a team that works closely with customers to demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites, through Demos, on site evaluations, Joint Development Programs and new tool qualifications. 

3. Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions. 

4. Manage PSEs providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. 

5. Oversees team that checks and approves operational quality of system equipment. Team instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

6. Responsible for training and ertification of PSEs into their areas of assigned responsibility

7. Responsible for demand planning and financial forecast of activity

Major Duties:

1.  Support the local matchine vision customers and sales account manager for business development. Provide technical advice to the sales team to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet customer’s needs.

2.  Analyse customers’ technical needs and develop proposals outlining how the organisation's products and services can meet these needs and be integrated and implemented with the customer's existing systems and equipment.

3.  Develop and deliver training to educate customers/distributors on the features of the product or service they have purchased. Respond to more complex customer questions and troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation. Coach and mentor less experienced distributor engineers

4.  Pre-sales activities include analysing customer’s technical needs and suggesting solutions. Post-sales activities include resolving implementation problems and conducting user training. Including: Demonstrate, optical test at laboratory, techical reports?

5.  Communication for techincal questions between customers and Schott-Moritex techincal center at Japan
